Warranty Coverage:

Sky Intelligent warrants that the products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase

 

Who is Covered?

This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the product, regardless of whether the product transferred ownership during the specified term of the warranty.

 

Be Aware of Unauthorized Dealers or Sellers.

This warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers. Sky Intelligent warranty extends only to products purchased from authorized dealers or sellers that are subject to Sky Intelligent’s quality controls and have agreed to follow its quality controls.

 

If you think you may have purchased your product from an unauthorized seller, please contact our Customer Support via support@skyintelligent.com.

 

Warranty Benefit:

Sky Intelligent agrees, at our option during the warranty period, to refund or repair any defect in material or workmanship or furnish an equal product in exchange without charge, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of the date of purchase.

 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Sky Intelligent warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories

  • Items must include original packaging

  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs

  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Sky Intelligent refunds the cost of the product itself

  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

 

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.

 

What’s Not Covered?

If the product has been modified from its original condition;

If the product has not been used in accordance with directions and instructions in the user manual;

To damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper or inadequate maintenance;

To damages or defects caused by service or repair of the product performed by an unauthorized service provider or by anyone other than Sky Intelligent

To damages or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, or any use for which the product is not intended;

To damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.

 

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect

  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase

  • Buyer’s accidental returns

  • Returning personal items

  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Sky Intelligent quality control to be in working condition

  • Returning defective items in international shipping

  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

 

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Sky Intelligent, Sky Intelligent takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Sky Intelligent does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
